Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Home Style Revival ("Company," "we," "our") and any individual or entity ("Client") engaging with our home services. By accessing our website or retaining our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services

Home Style Revival provides premium home design, renovation, installation, and maintenance services across ten speciality categories. All services are subject to a signed project agreement and the terms outlined herein. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are confirmed in individual project contracts.

2. Client Obligations

• Clients must provide accurate property information and timely access to work sites.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining any required local permits prior to project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients must communicate change requests through approved project channels only.

3. Payment Terms

A non-refundable design deposit is due upon project engagement. Progress payments are due at agreed project milestones. Final payment is due upon practical completion. Overdue balances attract interest at the maximum rate permitted under Delaware law.

4. Warranties

Home Style Revival warrants all completed work to be free from material defects for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of practical completion, subject to standard maintenance requirements. Manufacturer warranties on installed products and systems are passed to the Client in full.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Home Style Revival's total liability for any claim arising from the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and creative work produced by Home Style Revival remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received, at which point the Client receives a perpetual licence to use those designs for the specified property.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with Delaware arbitration statutes. The governing law for all matters is the law of the State of Delaware.

8. Changes to Terms

Home Style Revival reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
